Software Subscriptions

When you buy a MaxIm DL Version 4 license, you get one year of free upgrades (major and minor), starting the day you registered the software. After expiry, you can download and install only the last available release that appeared prior to your expiry date (note: all V4 users are entitled to V4.11). You can purchase an upgrade subscription to continue receiving major and minor upgrades, as follows.

US $150.00 - MaxIm DL or MaxIm DL/CCD Subscription 1 Year
US $250.00 - MaxIm DL or MaxIm DL/CCD Subscription 2 Year

The expiry date of your current license can be viewed by selecting "Help, About MaxIm DL".

You can extend your support coverage by purchasing a subscription for 1 or 2 years.

To obtain an upgrade subscription for your product, complete the form below and click "Submit". We will reply by e-mail, with links to our secure webstore where you can purchase the subscription type that best meets your needs.

If you are running version 4.11 or later, your current license has expired, and the computer where the product is installed has access to the Internet, the easiest way to purchase a subscription is by selecting "Check for Updates" from the "Help" menu. A link in the returned status page will bring you back here with Product and Serial Number filled in automatically.

Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or cancellations once your permanent license has been issued. A fully functional 30-day trial version is available for evaluation prior to purchase.

Delivery Terms

Licenses for for electronic downloads will be issued within 1 business day after receipt of your order.

Orders requiring shipment will be fulfilled within 2 business days after receipt of your order.
