Our products include one year of free technical support to the original owner. For software
products, this includes upgrades via internet download.
Most questions can be answered by reading the user manual. For our software products, there is a complete
description of every command and function in the Command Reference section. There is also a great deal
of general information on imaging and processing, as well as helpful tutorials and troubleshooting guides.
New MaxIm DL and MaxDSLR users may find our new video tutorials page to be very useful.
We also recommend that you consider joining one or more of the user groups for our products.
While we do try to monitor the user groups, and try to answer when we can contribute to the discussion, we cannot guarantee a response to messages
posted in user groups.

MaxIm DL, MaxPoint and MaxDSLR require that you install the ASCOM platform in order to control telescopes and focusers. Visit the ASCOM website to download updates and to see if your equipment is supported.
